Cuddles and Milk accepts many insurance plans and helps with out-of-network billing. Self-pay, HSA and flex spending are also accepted.

Pay if applicable. Some insurance appointments may have no upfront cost, depending on your plan and coverage.

Fill out your forms

Complete your intake and consent forms so your IBCLC has the information needed to arrive prepared for your appointment.
