Zoe Ruaboro, IBCLC

Zoe (she/her) is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and mother of two, with an Associate’s Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. For the past four years, she has supported families in her community with compassionate, evidence-based lactation care. Zoe works with families facing concerns such as tongue ties, milk supply issues, pumping and bottle feeding challenges, nipple pain, breast health concerns, slow weight gain, and other related issues.

Zoe’s passion for lactation care began with her own breastfeeding journey. While nursing her children, she has experienced firsthand many of the challenges families face, including nipple pain, tethered oral tissues, pumping difficulties, milk supply concerns, and even a NICU stay with a premature infant. She understands how overwhelming these experiences can feel. These challenges have fueled Zoe’s commitment to helping families achieve a positive, informed, and well-supported feeding experience with their little ones.

In addition to lactation care, Zoe has experience providing birth and postpartum support within the community. She enjoys working with people and values holistic, empathetic, and non-judgmental care that honors each family’s unique goals.
